What to expect
At Munch Dietetics, we provide an evidence-based nutrition assessment of your current diet, eating behaviors, relevant symptoms, biochemistry and body composition (if relevant). Combined with an understanding of social, lifestyle and psychological factors, this provides a holistic view of your nutritional requirements and advice that’s right for you.
We will usually recommend small, everyday changes sustained over the long term to achieve your goals. While small, these changes amount to a big impact over time. ‘Quick fixes’ are rare and a continued relationship with us is usually beneficial.
Our evidence-based opinion is coupled with education and coaching to guide you along your journey. Our space is positive, safe and non-judgmental. We encourage honesty and trust so that we can work together to achieve the best long term health for you.
